The publisher supports the journal’s scholarly publishing infrastructure, administrative operation, digital dissemination, and preservation. Academic and editorial decisions remain under the authority of the Editor-in-Chief and the designated editorial team, acting in accordance with the journal’s published policies. 

Decisions to accept, revise, or reject manuscripts are based on scholarly merit, methodological and analytical soundness, ethical compliance, reporting quality, and relevance to the journal’s scope. Editorial decisions must not be influenced by an author’s institutional affiliation, ability to pay an article processing charge, waiver request, sponsorship, or personal relationship.
