Sifat Fisis dan Mekanis Papan Partikel Serbuk Batang Pisang dan Kulit Buah Kakao Bertulang Ayaman Lidi Kelapa

Penelitian tentang pembuatan komposit dari serbuk batang pisang dan kulit buah kakao bertulang anyaman lidi kelapa terhadap sifat fisis dan mekanis papan partikel perekat resin epoksi telah dilakukan. Sifat fisis yang diuji meliputi densitas, kadar air, dan daya serap air. Sementara pengujian sifat mekanis meliputi kuat lentur dan kuat tekan. Papan partikel dibuat dengan memvariasikan komposisi partikel serbuk batang pisang dan kulit buah kakao yaitu 70%:0%, 50%:20%, 35%:35%, 20%:50%, 0%:70% dengan kadar resin epoksi 30%. Proses awal pencampuran serbuk batang pisang, serbuk kulit buah kakao, resin epoksi serta katalis. Bahan dibagi menjadi dua adonan dan dimasukan ke dalam cetakan besi ukuran 12 cm x 8 cm x 2 cm dan anyaman lidi kelapa sebagai pembatas antara dua adonan. Cetakan dikempa dengan tekanan kempa sebesar 3000 kg pada suhu 180oC selama 10 menit. Hasil uji sifat fisis menunjukan bahwa papan partikel termasuk papan partikel berkerapatan tinggi dengan nilai densitas di atas 9 g/cm3. Berdasarkan kadar air dan daya serap airnya memenuhi ketentuan SNI 03-2105-2006. Untuk nilai kuat lentur (MOE) belum memenuhi standar sedangkan nilai dari kuat tekan (MOR) sudah memenuhi standar SNI 03-2105-2006. Variasi massa terbaik pada pembuatan papan partikel serbuk batang pisang 20% dan serbuk kulit buah kakao 50%.

6. Termination
This agreement can be terminated by the author or JFU upon two months notice where the other party has materially breached this agreement and failed to remedy such breach within a month of being given the terminating partys notice requesting such breach to be remedied. No breach or violation of this agreement will cause this agreement or any license granted in it to terminate automatically or affect the definition of JFU.
7. Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by JFU or its sublicensee.
8. Miscellaneous
JFU will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the articles editorial process is successfully completed and JFU or its sublicensee has become obligated to have the article published. JFU may conform the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing and usage that it deems appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article may be published so that it will be publicly accessible and such access will be free of charge for the readers.
