Analisis Sensitivitas Dalam Deteksi Homogenitas ROI Pada Pengukuran Kualitas Citra Pesawat CT-Scan

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang analisis sensitivitas dalam deteksi homogenitas ROI pada pengukuran kualitas citra pesawat CT-Scan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh verifikasi metode baru untuk mengevaluasi homogenitas citra CT-Scan dengan cara mencari nilai CT-Number pada 12 titik (posisi arah jam 1 sampai jam 12) dengan analisis 6 area ROI berupa grafik atau histogram serta membandingkan hasilnya dengan metode pada umumnya yaitu pada hasil citra pesawat CT-Scan di area ROI pada posisi arah jam 12, jam 3, jam 6, jam 9 dan pusat fantom sehingga dapat mengetahui tingkat sensitivitas kedua metode tersebut dalam mendeteksi homogenitasnya. Pengambilan data yaitu data sekunder dari hasil citra fantom air pada CT-Scan sebanyak 30 citra yang diperoleh dari Pusat Riset Teknologi Keselamatan, Metrologi dan Mutu Nuklir-Organisasi Riset Tenaga Nuklir-Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (PRTKMMN-ORTN-BRIN). Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa nilai keseragaman noise dari 30 data sampel terdapat 21 data sampel memenuhi batas toleransi yaitu ≤ 2 HU. Hasil ini memenuhi standar perka BAPETEN No. 2 Tahun 2018 tentang uji kesesuaian pesawat sinar-X radiologi diagnostik dan intervensional. Perbandingan sensitivitas dalam mendeteksi homogenitas ROI pada pengukuran kualitas citra pesawat CT-Scan menunjukkan bahwa metode ROI pada penelitian ini mampu menghasilkan sensitivitas yang lebih baik dalam mendeteksi homogenitasnya.

No breach or violation of this agreement will cause this agreement or any license granted in it to terminate automatically or affect the definition of JFU.
7. Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by JFU or its sublicensee.
8. Miscellaneous
JFU will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the articles editorial process is successfully completed and JFU or its sublicensee has become obligated to have the article published. JFU may conform the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing and usage that it deems appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article may be published so that it will be publicly accessible and such access will be free of charge for the readers.
