Penerapan Barrier Buatan Untuk Mereduksi Tingkat Kebisingan Jalan Raya Pada Kawasan Pemukiman di Jalan Halat Kota Medan

Meningkatnya jumlah penduduk dan sarana transportasi dalam aktivitas mobilitas dapat menimbulkan dampak kebisingan. Kebisingan adalah sumber bising paling utama. Kebisingan pada sekarang terutama di perkotaan memiliki dampak kebisingan yang tidak disadari dapat menimbulkan dampak buruk bagi kesehatan dan kenyamanan lingkungan. Telah dilakukan penelitian tingkat kebisingan di Jalan Halat Kota Medan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kebisingan, pola sebaran kebisingan, dan penerapan barrier buatan. Metode pengukuran yang digunakan mengacu pada Surat Keputusan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup No.48/MENLH/11/1996. Alat yang digunakan untuk pengukuran kebisingan adalah Sound Level Meter tipe TL 200. Untuk pemetaan dengan menggunakan Software Surfer Golden Versi 20. Penelitian ini memiliki 32 titik yang terdiri dari 8 titik pada pembatas jalan dan 24 titik pada pemukiman penduduk. Untuk mereduksi kebisingan menggunakan barrier buatan dari bahan triplek. Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh tingkat kebisingan tertinggi sebesar 76,2 dBA dan tingkat kebisingan terendah sebesar 59,5 dBA. Jalan Halat Kota Medan memiliki nilai kebisingan yang melebihi standar baku mutu 55 dBA.References

This agreement can be terminated by the author or JFU upon two months notice where the other party has materially breached this agreement and failed to remedy such breach within a month of being given the terminating partys notice requesting such breach to be remedied. No breach or violation of this agreement will cause this agreement or any license granted in it to terminate automatically or affect the definition of JFU.
7. Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by JFU or its sublicensee.
8. Miscellaneous
JFU will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the articles editorial process is successfully completed and JFU or its sublicensee has become obligated to have the article published. JFU may conform the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing and usage that it deems appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article may be published so that it will be publicly accessible and such access will be free of charge for the readers.
