SINTESIS SEL SURYA TERSENSITISASI PEWARNA (SSTP) EKSTRAK ANTOSIANIN BUAH DELIMA (PUNICA GRANATUM) DENGAN METODE SOL-GEL-SPIN COATING

ABSTRAK
Kinerja sel surya TiO2 untuk menghasilkan energi listrik telah diteliti dengan menggunakan ekstrak antosianin buah delima sebagai dye atau fotosensitizer. Lapisan TiO2 dideposisi di atas substrat kaca ITO. Penumbuhan lapisan tipis TiO2 dengan menggunakan metode sol-gel spin coating dengan variasi waktu 2 menit, 4 menit, 6 menit, 8 menit dan 10 menit pada kecepatan 1500 rpm. Sifat optik, morfologi permukaan dan ukuran kristal lapisan tipis TiO2 dapat dipelajari dari hasil karakterisasi menggunakan Spektrofotometer UV-Vis, Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), X-Ray Difraction (XRD). Bandgap lapisan tipis ditentukan dengan metode Touc Plot. Karakterisasi UV-Vis menunjukkan absorpsi paling besar 0,7293 dengan bandgap 3,2 eV diperoleh dari lapisan tipis yang dideposisi selama 2 menit. Hal ini dapat menunjang kinerja sel surya dalam mengkonversi cahaya matahari menjadi energi listrik.

Abstract
The performance of solar cell based on TiO2 has been researched by using anthocyanins extract pomegranate fruits as dye or fotosensitizer. TiO2 thin films have been deposited on ITO glass substrate. TiO2 thin films growth using sol-gel-spin coating method by variation time about 2 minutes, 4 minutes, 6 minutes, 8 minutes, and 10 minutes at speed of 1500 rpm. UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), and X-Ray Difraction (XRD) characteristic test techniques have been used to investigate the optical properties, morphology, and grain size TiO2 thin films. The optical bandgap thin film was obtained using the Touc Plot method. UV-Vis characterization shows the highest absoption is 0,7323 with optical bandgap 3,2 eV at 2 minutes deposition. This condition support solar cell perfonmance convert sunlight energy to electrical energy.Â
