Analisis Ketahanan Fisik Jamur Tiram oleh Paparan Medan Magnet Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) Intensitas 600 μT dan 900 μT

Gelombang elektromagnetik Extremely Low Frequency merupakan salah satu jenis dari radiasi non ionizing karena gelombang ELF memiliki nilai frekuensi lebih kecil dari 300 Hz. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh paparan medan magnet ELF terhadap nilai pH dan ketahanan fisik jamur tiram (Pleurotus ostreatus). Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen menggunakan desain penelitian rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Jamur tiram putih digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini kemudian dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok besar yaitu kelompok kontrol (suhu ruang) dan (suhu rendah) tanpa dipapar serta kelompok eksperimen yang dipapar medan magnet ELF intensitas 600 μT dan 900 μT selama 30 menit, 60 menit, dan 90 menit dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 20 tangkai jamur tiram pada setiap kelompok. Data hasil penelitian diolah dengan teknik analisis statistik uji One Way Anova dan uji Kruskal Wallis menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistik 23. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa pemberian paparan medan magnet ELF berpengaruh terhadap perubahan nilai derajat keasaman (pH) dan ketahanan fisik jamur tiram dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa intensitas 900 μT selama 60 menit efektif digunakan untuk menghambat perubahan nilai pH jamur tiram serta menghambat penurunan skor dan presentase ketahanan fisik pada jamur tiram.References

No breach or violation of this agreement will cause this agreement or any license granted in it to terminate automatically or affect the definition of JFU.
7. Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by JFU or its sublicensee.
8. Miscellaneous
JFU will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the articles editorial process is successfully completed and JFU or its sublicensee has become obligated to have the article published. JFU may conform the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing and usage that it deems appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article may be published so that it will be publicly accessible and such access will be free of charge for the readers.
