Rancang Bangun Alat Ukur Konsentrasi Mikroplastik dengan Cladding Gelatin berbasis Sensor Serat Optik dan Mikrokontroler

Telah dirancang alat ukur konsentrasi mikroplastik dengan cladding gelatin berbasis sensor serat optik evanescent. Mikropastik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah resin akrilik dengan variasi konsentrasi sebesar 0 ml, 25 ml, 50 ml, 75 ml, dan 100 ml. Cladding serat optik dikupas dan diganti dengan menggunakan gelatin. Variasi pengupasan dilakukan sepanjang 1 cm, 2 cm, dan 3 cm. Laser dioda digunakan sebagai sumber cahaya, serat optik sebagai transmisi cahaya, fotodioda digunakan sebagai detektor cahaya pada penelitian ini. Mikrokontroler Arduino Uno R3 digunakan sebagai pengolah sinyal dan LCD digunakan sebagai penampil hasil pengukuran konsentrasi. Konsentrasi diukur berdasarkan tegangan fotodioda. Hasil karakterisasi menunjukkan bahwa pengupasan 1 cm merupakan pengupasan yang paling optimum untuk pengukuran konsentrasi mikroplastik pada larutan resin akrilik dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar =0,9857. Persentase kesalahan rata-rata alat ukur konsentrasi mikroplastik yang dirancang sebesar 1,902 %.

7. Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by JFU or its sublicensee.
8. Miscellaneous
JFU will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the articles editorial process is successfully completed and JFU or its sublicensee has become obligated to have the article published.
