Abstract
The thyroid uptake analysis using ROI (Region of Interest) technique of10 thyroid nodules patients had been performed. Patients were divided into two categories, i.e. hot nodule and cold nodule, as many as 3 people and7 people, respectively. Radiopharmaceutical used is Tc-99m pertechnetate. Radiopharmaceutical was intravenouslyinjectedintothe patient's arm. Imaging was performed using a ADAC Skylight dual head gamma camerain intervals 5, 10 and 15 minutes post-injection. The results showedthe meanuptake value at patients with hot nodulesincreased at intervals of 5 to 15 minutes, while at patients with cold nodules increased at intervals of 5 to 10 minutes.
