Pengaruh Penggunaan Serat Plastik Sebagai Pengganti Serat Kaca pada Papan Beton Ringan

Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai pengaruh penambahan persentase serat plastik terhadap papan beton ringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komposisi dari serat plastik terhadap sifat fisis dan mekanik papan beton ringan. Persentase serat plastik yang diigunakan adalah 0%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5% dan 6%. Pengujian yang dilakukan berupa densitas, daya serap air, kuat tekan dan kuat lentur. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan nilai densitas dan daya serap terendah didapatkan pada sampel dengan variasi serat plastik 6% yaitu sebesar 1,58 g/cm3 dan 11,40%. Kuat tekan dan kuat lentur mengalami peningkatan seiring meningkatnya persentase penambahan serat plastik hingga didapatkan kuat tekan maksimum pada penggunaan 4% serat plastik yaitu sebesar 59,20 kg/cm2, sedangkan nilai kuat lentur maksimum yaitu 49,50 kg/cm2 pada penggunaan persentase serat plastik 4%. Kuat tekan dan kuat lentur kemudian mengalami penurunan pada penggunaan serat sebesar 5% dan 6%, hal ini disebabkan karena ikatan antar beton berkurang akibat terlalu banyak penggunaan persentase plastik dan persentase mortar yang dikurangi. Persentase terbaik didapatkan pada penggunaan serat plastik sebesar 4%, karena pada penggunaan serat plastik sebesar 4% didapatkan kuat tekan dan kuat lentur maksimum selain itu densitas dan daya serap air sudah memenuhi standar SNI maupun GRC.

No breach or violation of this agreement will cause this agreement or any license granted in it to terminate automatically or affect the definition of JFU.
7. Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by JFU or its sublicensee.
8. Miscellaneous
JFU will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the articles editorial process is successfully completed and JFU or its sublicensee has become obligated to have the article published. JFU may conform the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing and usage that it deems appropriate.
