Pengaruh Komposisi Serat Sabut Kelapa dan Pinang Terhadap Sifat Fisik dan Mekanik Papan Beton Ringan dengan Fly Ash sebagai Filler

Telah dilakukan dilakukan penelitian mengenai pengaruh komposisi serat sabut kelapa dan pinang terhadap sifat fisik dan mekanik papan beton ringan dengan fly ash sebagai filler. Serat diberikan sebanyak 2% dari volume cetakan dengan variasi serat kelapa 0,2%; 0,7%; 1,2%; 1,7% dan serat pinang 1,8%; 1,3%; 0,8%; 0,3%. Sifat fisik dan mekanik yang diujikan meliputi densitas, daya serap air, porositas, kuat tekan dan kuat lentur. Penambahan serat sabut kelapa dan serat pinang dapat membuat sampel papan beton lebih ringan dibandingkan dengan GRC yang ada di pasaran. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan  densitas terendah pada sampel PBR S1 (1,7% serat sabut kelapa + 0,3% serat pinang) sebesar 1,50 g/cm3. Namun, PBR S1 (1,7% serat sabut kelapa + 0,3% serat pinang) memiliki porositas tertinggi yaitu sebesar 30,64%. Fly ash dengan serat kelapa dan pinang mampu menambah kuat tekan serta kuat lentur dari sampel papan beton ringan. Kuat tekan lebih baik bila salah satu serat jauh lebih dominan seperti pada sampel PBR S1 yang dominan serat sabut kelapa dengan nilai kuat tekan 79,3 kg/cm2.  Sementara itu, untuk kuat lentur nilai optimum didapatkan pada PBR S2 (1,2% serat sabut kelapa + 0,8% serat pinang) yaitu 60 kg/cm2. Densitas dari sampel papan beton ringan sudah memenuhi SNI 03-2105-2006 sedangkan porositas sampel belum memenuhi standar tersebut. Kuat tekan yang didapatkan dari pengujian sampel memenuhi standar SNI 03-3449-2002 namun untuk kuat lentur masih belum memenuhi nilai kuat lentur dari SNI.References

This agreement can be terminated by the author or JFU upon two months notice where the other party has materially breached this agreement and failed to remedy such breach within a month of being given the terminating partys notice requesting such breach to be remedied. No breach or violation of this agreement will cause this agreement or any license granted in it to terminate automatically or affect the definition of JFU.
7. Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by JFU or its sublicensee.
8. Miscellaneous
JFU will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the articles editorial process is successfully completed and JFU or its sublicensee has become obligated to have the article published. JFU may conform the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing and usage that it deems appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article may be published so that it will be publicly accessible and such access will be free of charge for the readers.
