Analisis Model Gelombang Tsunami di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan Sumatera Barat

Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk menganalisis model gelombang tsunami di daerah kabupaten pesisir selatan dengan menggunakan TUNAMI-N2 (Tohuku University’s Numerical Analysis Model for Investigation of Tsunami, No-2). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai nilai run-up, waktu tempuh dan inundasi gelombang tsunami, serta mengetahui daerah rawan tsunami di titik pengamatan yaitu Painan, Batang Kapas, Kambang, Pasar Sungaijalo, Dermaga Carocok, Sungaitalang dan Pasar Baru. Variasi magnitudo yang digunakan yaitu 7,6 Mw sampai 8,6 Mw dengan total skenario sebanyak 72 pemodelan tsunami. Hasil penelitian yang telah didapatkan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan peta pengamatan. Daerah yang terdampak pada setiap titik sumber gempa bumi yaitu Painan, Kambang, dan Batang Kapas. Waktu tempuh gelombang tsunami tercepat sampai ke Painan, Kambang dan Batang Kapas yaitu pada skenario 18 dengan magnitudo gempa 8,6 di menit ke-0,2 dengan run up max tsunami sebesar (3,0034; 2,0144; 1,7030) meter dan inundasi tsunami sebesar (36,3; 21,3; 17,1) ha secara berturut-turut. Sedangkan daerah yang tidak terlalu terdapak yaitu Pasar Sungaijalo, Dermaga Carocok dan Pasar Baru. Waktu tempuh terlama di darah Pasar Sungaijalo, Dermaga Carocok dan Pasar Baru yaitu di menit ke (68,8; 67,8; 67,7) dengan nilai run-up max terkecil yaitu (0,0420; 0,0184; 0,0189). Daerah rawan tsunami pada penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menganalisis hasil run-up, waktu tempuh dan inundasi gelombang tsunami dari pemodelan tsunami dengan TUNAMI-N2.
