Sifat Fisis dan Mekanis Papan Partikel dari Serbuk Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit, Kayu Meranti dan Tempurung Kelapa Bertulang Anyaman Bambu

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis sifat fisis dan mekanis papan partikel dengan komposisi tandan kosong kelapa sawit, serbuk kayu meranti, dan tempurung kelapa yang bertulang anyaman bambu yang berperan sebagai penguat. Ukuran partikel material yang digunakan yaitu lolosan ayakan 100 mesh. Papan partikel yang diujikan berukuran 12 cm x 8 cm x 2 cm dibuat dengan pencampuran tandan kosong kelapa sawit, kayu meranti, dan tempurung kelapa, resin epoksi, katalis, dan anyaman bambu. Perbandingan komposisi serbuk kayu meranti dan tempurung kelapa yaitu 25%:5%, 20%:10%, 15%:15%, 10%:20%, dan 5%:25%. Variasi massa tandan kosong kelapa sawit dan resin epoksi yaitu 40% dan 30%. Bahan-bahan dikempa dengan massa 2000 kg pada temperatur 100oC selama 10 menit. Parameter yang diuji yaitu kerapatan, kadar air, daya serap air, Modulus of Elasticity (MOE), dan Modulus of Rupture (MOR). Hasil pengujian papan partikel berdasarkan SNI 03-2105-2006. Nilai kerapatan sebesar 0,85– 0,90 g/cm3, kadar air sebesar 2,24% - 3,8%, dan daya serap air 21,19% - 25,46 % dan sudah memenuhui SNI 03-2105-2006. Nilai kuat tekan (MOR) untuk semua komposisi kayu meranti dan tempurung kelapa sebagian besar memenuhi SNI 03-2105-2006 kecuali pada perbandingan 20%:10%. Pengujian kuat lentur (MOE) pada penelitian ini belum memenuhi SNI 03-2105-2006.References

No breach or violation of this agreement will cause this agreement or any license granted in it to terminate automatically or affect the definition of JFU.
7. Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by JFU or its sublicensee.
8. Miscellaneous
JFU will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the articles editorial process is successfully completed and JFU or its sublicensee has become obligated to have the article published. JFU may conform the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing and usage that it deems appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article may be published so that it will be publicly accessible and such access will be free of charge for the readers.
