Eldery is people who are more than 60 years old. Eldery have a physical limitation, so that eldery have the hight risk of slipping. When eldery person slips and doesn’t get help immediately get help for a long periode of time can lead to disability, paralysis to death. Overcoming this can be done by monitoring. This monitoring can help eldery get help immediately. Indirect surveilance can be done using a smartphone. On this research, amount of acceleration on x, y, z axis of ADXL345 sensor is used to determine the magnitude of acceleration of motion generated by the object. When the sensor detects the acceleration value reaches a threshold value of z ≤ -2,00 G which is obtained through eperiments, Arduino Uno will process the information so that the coordinates of the slips location indentified by GPS NEO-6M can be sent via SMS using the SIM900A module. The result of this research indicate the system has an accurancy of up to 80%.
