The design of a telemetry system for patient temperature monitoring has been carried out using a sensor DS18B20 and a transceiver nRF24L01+. This system is designed from several units, namely the sensor DS18B20 as a temperature measurement for a person's body and the transceiver nRF24L01+ as a data transmission tool to send the body temperature data.. Characterization of sensor DS18B20 is done by comparing it with a digital thermometer. The maximum distance for data transmission by the transceiver nRF24L01+ is 400 m without obstructions, 45 m with barriers (between rooms) and 18 m with barriers (between floors). The system informs the condition "Normal" when the body temperature is 36.5°C-37.5°C and "Abnormal" when the temperature is more or less than that body temperature. The temperature measured on the tool has an average error of 0.741%.
