The reasearch estimated dose of radiation received the lens of the eye used TLD-100 on 20 brain scanning CT-Scan patients in Radiology Installation of RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. Measurement was done using Thermoluminescence Dosemeter-100 (TLD-100) which in TLD eye holder at eye lens of brain scanning patiens. The data that has been stored in TLD-100 then read use TLD reader. Data was processed using Microsoft Excel and dan Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Research result of radiation dose are eye lens accept radiation dose range 27,90 mGy till 47,55 mGy. From the measurement result, there is no radiation dose that exceed the threshold value for eye lens damage set by Perka BAPETEN No. 4 at 2013, the radiation trap characterizations used have same pattern for patien 1-20. Based on statistic, the current tube have effect to the radiation dose while time of expose and age of patient have not effect to the radiation dose of eye lens brain scanning patient.
