Penentuan Prosentase Washout Tc99m Perteknetat Menggunakan Teknik ROI (Region Of Interest) pada Pasien Nodul Tiroid

Abstract

Penelitian penentuan prosentase washout Tc99m perteknetat pada pasien nodul tiroid dengan teknik ROI (Region of Interest) telah dilakukan di salah satu Rumah Sakit di Jakarta dengan jumlah pasien 10 orang yang terdiri dari 2 laki-laki dan 8 perempuan.  Radiofarmaka yang digunakan adalah Tc99m perteknetat. Pencitraan menggunakan kamera gamma dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali yaitu pencitraan 1 dengan rentang  (0-5) menit, pencitraan 2 dengan rentang (5-10) menit dan pencitraan 3 dengan rentang (10-15) menit setelah injeksi radiofarmaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  prosentase washout tertinggi pada total tiroid, lobus kanan dan lobus kiri secara berturut-turut adalah 6.14%, 6.30% dan 5.98%, sedangkan prosentase washout terendah secara berturut-turut adalah 1.02%, 1.19% dan 3.51%.  Prosentase washout yang diperoleh berada dalam rentang (0 – 25) %. Hal ini terjadi karena waktu pencitraan yang tidak dapat berlangsung lama sehingga penurunan aktivitas radiofarmaka pada  kelenjar tiroid pasien masih sedikit.
