Secondary data were collected from 15 female breast cancer volunteers to analyze the radiopharmaceutical of Tc-99m Sestamibi was injected into the body. The instrument used in this research is a gamma camera. The result obtained show that radiopharmacy distribution of Tc-99m Sestamibi on the anterior and posterior body is spread in the abdominal area with a value range of 150663.496 – 238402.782 counts and  the area of the head with value range of 28331.023 – 42080.541 counts. The accumulation of radiopharmacy indicated that the anterior value was higher than the posterior. The relationship between injection dose and accumulation of radiopharmacy was low and insignificant.
