A study on the analysis biodistribution of 99mTc-HYNIC Folate in prostate cancer patients using the region of interest (ROI) technique in the in-vivo laboratory of the TNK group on the TNKBN PTKMR-Batan group, Pasar Jum’at, South Jakarta. The study was conducted on 15 data on prostate cancer patients in 2013 using 99mTc-HYNIC Folate radiopharmaceutical that was injected into the patient’s body. The patient image was processed using the ROI technique using the Statistica 10 software. The results showed the highest biodistribution of the 99mTc-HYNIC Folate radiopharmaceutical in the abdominal area. The radiopharmaceutical accumulation entire body’s anterior 6.818 mCi higher than the whole posterior part of  the body, namely 5.19 mCi. The correlation between the injection dose and the radiopharmaceutical accumulation of 99mTc-HYNIC Folate in the entire anterior and posterior body was weak and insignificant in very prostate cancer patient body.
