Koefisien Absorbsi Bunyi dan Impedansi Akustik dari Ampas Singkong (Manihot esculenta) dengan Menggunakan Metode Tabung

Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk menentukan koefisien absorbsi bunyi dan impedansi akustik dari material ampas singkong dengan matriks lem PVC dengan menggunakan metode tabung. Sampel material akustik yang dibuat dari ampas singkong dengan variasi ketebalan 2 mm, 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm dan 10 mm. Pengukuran koefisien absorbs bunyi pada sampel menggunakan frekuensi 500 Hz, 1000 Hz, 1500 Hz, 2000 Hz dan 2500 Hz. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai koefisien absorbsi bunyi tertinggi adalah 0,98 pada frekuensi 1500 Hz dengan ketebalan 10 mm dan nilai terendah adalah 0,64 pada frekuensi 2500 Hz dengan ketebalan 2 mm. Nilai impedansi akustik tertinggi adalah 2,78 pada frekuensi 1500 Hz dengan ketebalan 10 mm dan nilai terendah adalah 1,20 pada frekuensi 2500 Hz dengan ketebalan 2 mm. Dengan demikian ampas singkong potensial digunakan sebagai bahan penyerap bunyi berdasarkan ISO 11654 suatu material dapat dijadikan peredam suara jika material tersebut memiliki koefisien absorbsi bunyi minimum 0,15.

7. Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by JFU or its sublicensee.
8. Miscellaneous
JFU will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the articles editorial process is successfully completed and JFU or its sublicensee has become obligated to have the article published. JFU may conform the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing and usage that it deems appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article may be published so that it will be publicly accessible and such access will be free of charge for the readers.
