Analisis Radiofarmaka Tc99m MDP pada Pasien Kanker Payudara di Daerah Tulang Lutut dan Panggul

Telah dilakukan analisis radiofarmaka Tc99m MDP pada 25 orang pasien kanker payudara yang melakukan bone scan di daerah tulang lutut dan panggul menggunakan kamera gamma. Data diolah menggunakan teknik ROI dan Statistika 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk tulang yang tidak terdapat metastasis: akumulasi radiofarmaka Tc99m MDP rata-rata pada lutut kanan sebesar 0,301 mCi, pada lutut kiri 0,297 mCi, pada panggul anterior 2,118 mCi, dan pada panggul posterior 1,914 mCi; bioditribusi radiofarmaka Tc99m MDP rata-rata pada lutut kanan sebesar 11,130 MBq, pada lutut kiri 10,974 MBq, pada panggul anterior 78,365 MBq, dan pada panggul posterior 70,815 MBq; presentase uptake radiofarmaka Tc99m MDP rata-rata pada lutut kanan sebesar 2,005 %, pada lutut kiri 1,977 %, pada panggul anterior 14,120 %, dan pada panggul posterior 12,759 %. Untuk tulang yang terdapat metastasis akumulasi radiofarmaka Tc99m MDP rata-rata pada lutut kanan sebesar 0,283 mCi, pada lutut kiri 0,303 mCi, pada panggul anterior 1,666 mCi, dan pada panggul posterior 1,665 mCi; bioditribusi radiofarmaka Tc99m MDP rata-rata pada lutut kanan sebesar 11,472 MBq, pada lutut kiri 11,210 MBq, pada panggul anterior 61,639 MBq, dan pada panggul posterior 83,746 MBq; presentase uptake radiofarmaka Tc99m MDP rata-rata pada lutut kanan sebesar 1,887 %, pada lutut kiri 2,020 %, pada panggul anterior 11,106 %, dan pada panggul posterior 11,102 %. Nilai akumulasi, biodistribusi, dan presentase uptake tertinggi terdapat pada panggul anterior. Secara umum nilai-nilai ketiga parameter lebih tinggi pada pasien yang didiagnosis suspect atau menderita metastasis daripada yang tidak terdapat metastasis.

7. Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by JFU or its sublicensee.
8. Miscellaneous
JFU will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the articles editorial process is successfully completed and JFU or its sublicensee has become obligated to have the article published. JFU may conform the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing and usage that it deems appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article may be published so that it will be publicly accessible and such access will be free of charge for the readers.
