Efek Doping Senyawa Alkali Terhadap Celah Pita Energi Nanopartikel ZnO

Penelitian tentang efek doping senyawa alkali terhadap celah pita energi nanopartikel ZnO telah dilakukan. Sintesis nanopartikel ZnO dilakukan dengan metode sol-gel dengan doping senyawa alkali yaitu Li2CO3, Na2CO3 dan K2CO3. Hasil sintesis dikarakterisasi dengan X-Ray Diffraction untuk mengetahui struktur dan ukuran kristal, UV-Vis Spectrometry untuk menentukan celah pita energi dan Scanning Electron Microscope untuk mengetahui morfologi. Struktur kristal yang terbentuk dari ZnO yang di-doping adalah hexagonal zincite. Ukuran kristal yang didapatkan dari ZnO tanpa doping adalah 84,31 dan ZnO yang di-doping senyawa alkali yaitu 37,76 nm; 26,57 nm dan 52,78 nm. ZnO yang didoping senyawa alkali memiliki nilai celah pita energi dengan nilai yang lebih kecil yaitu 3,46 eV; 3,54 eV; dan 3,46 eV. ZnO tanpa doping terlihat memiliki jumlah butiran partikel yang sedikit dan menggumpal, sedangkan ZnO yang di-doping dengan logam alkali memperlihatkan ukuran partikel yang tidak seragam dan bentuk partikel yang menggumpal.

7. Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by JFU or its sublicensee.
8. Miscellaneous
JFU will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the articles editorial process is successfully completed and JFU or its sublicensee has become obligated to have the article published. JFU may conform the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing and usage that it deems appropriate.
