RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM WASTAFEL OTOMATIS BERBASIS MIKROKONTROLER ATMEGA8535 DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN SENSOR FOTODIODA

ABSTRAK
Telah dilakukan rancang bangun sistem wastafel otomatis berbasis mikrokontroler ATmega8535 dengan menggunakan sensor fotodioda. Sistem wastafel aktif saat ada tangan memotong jalur sinar laser terhadap sensor fotodioda. Sistem wastafel terdiri dari 3 bagian yaitu otomatisasi kran air, tempat sabun dan pengering tangan. Solenoid valve digunakan untuk otomatisasi kran air dan tempat sabun. Pengering tangan menggunakan hair dryer yang telah dimodifikasi menjadi hand dryer. Solenoid valve  pada kran air mampu bekerja untuk air yang bersumber langsung dari tandon air. Solenoid valve pada tempat sabun mampu bekerja untuk air yang tidak bersumber langsung dari tandon air. Jenis sabun yang digunakan minimal dengan komposisi antara air dan sabun dengan perbandingan 1:1. Lama proses pengeringan tangan rata-rata 31s pada jarak 5 cm dari pengering tangan

Abstract
A design of automatic sink system based on microcontroler Atmega8535 used photodiode sensor has conducted. The system is actived when there was a hand cut off of laser beam to photodiode sensor. The sink system consists of 3 parts, they are automation of water faucet, soap and hand dryer. Solenoid valve is used to automate water faucet and soap. For hand dryer is used a hair dryer that has been modified became a hand dryer. Solenoid valve at water faucet  is able to work for water that is  source  directly  from water tank. Solenoid valve at hand soap is able to work for water that is didn’t source directly from water tank. The type of soap that can be used is minimum by composized water and soap with ratio 1:1. The time for hand drying processed lasts an average of 31 second at distance of 5 cm from hand dryer.

8. Miscellaneous
JFU will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the articles editorial process is successfully completed and JFU or its sublicensee has become obligated to have the article published.
