Pengaruh Waktu Sonikasi Terhadap Struktur dan Sifat Magnet Nanokomposit Fe3O4@GO

Penelitian tentang pengaruh waktu sonikasi terhadap struktur dan sifat magnet nanokomposit Fe3O4@GO telah dilakukan. Sintesis nanokomposit dilakukan dalam tiga tahap. Tahapan pertama, preparasi nanopartikel Fe3O4 dengan menggunakan metode kopresipitasi. Kedua, preparasi GO dari daun pisang kering menggunakan metode Liquid Sonication Exfloitation (LSE). Tahap terakhir yaitu pelapisan permukaan Fe3O4 dengan GO membentuk Fe3O4@GO menggunakan proses sonikasi dengan variasi waktu 30 menit, 60 menit, dan 90 menit. Nanokomposit dikarakterisasi menggunakan X-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infraRed (FTIR), dan vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Ukuran kristal sampel Fe3O4, Fe3O4@GO (30 menit), Fe3O4@GO (60 Menit), dan Fe3O4@GO (90 menit) yang diperoleh dari hasil karakterisasi XRD berturut-turut yaitu 18,47 nm; 18,48 nm; 14,79 nm; dan 21,14 nm. Struktur kristal yang didapat dari semua sampel yaitu Fe3O4 berbentuk cubic dan GO berbentuk rhombohedral.. Hasil karakterisasi FTIR semua sampel Fe3O4@GO yang disonikasi menunjukkan adanya ikatan Fe O dan C C yang mengindikasikan terbentuknya Fe3O4 dan GO. Dari pengujian VSM diperoleh semua sampel bersifat superparamagnetik. Waktu sonikasi tidak mempengaruhi bentuk struktur kristal nanokomposit Fe3O4@GO, namun mempengaruhi sifat kemagnetannya. Semakin lama waktu sonikasi maka semakin besar nilai magnet saturasi dan nilai koersitivitas nanokomposit Fe3O4@GO. Berdasarkan nilai saturasinya, Fe3O4@GO dapat dikembangkan dalam aplikasi biomedis seperti diagnostik dan fototermal.References
