Abstract
A design of wireless telemetry system for flood early warning with FSK digital modulation- frequency modulation has been conducted. System consists of  transmitter and receiver unit. Transmitter unit consists of sensor, ADC circuit, PSC circuit, digital FSK modulator circuit and FM transmitter module. The sensor used is rotary type potentiometer with determination coeficient value is 0.9996. The receiver unit consists of a FM receiver module, FSK demodulator circuit, and the minimum system. The output are water level that are displayed on  LCD and alarm sound if the water level in emergencies level. Results of test and measurement device indicates that the receiver is able to show the height of the water level on the LCD and activate an alarm if the water level in emergencies at data rate transfer 1190,5 bps. Data can be received by the receiver in the range up to 10 meters at the working frequency of 99 MHz. Testing was conducted at the laboratory scale.
