Interpretasi Sebaran Anomali Magnetik di Daerah Prospek Panas Bumi Sumani, Sumatera Barat

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sebaran anomali magnetik di daerah panas bumi Jorong Padang Belimbing dengan menggunakan metode geomagnet. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan magnetometer dengan titik amat di 186 titik pengamatan dengan 14 lintasan dan jarak antar titik adalah 100 m. Data anomali magnetik yang didapatkan dikoreksi dengan koreksi harian dan koreksi IGRF, selanjutnya dilakukan reduksi ke kutub dan kontinuasi ke atas. Setelah dilakukan proses pengolahan data, didapatkan nilai anomali total di daerah penelitian antara -1682,8 nT hingga 6739,9 nT yang memiliki beberapa nilai di bawah IGRF. Hal ini diduga karena adanya demagnetisasi batuan akibat adanya sumber panas di bawah permukaan. Pemodelan 2D dilakukan dengan menganalisa anomali medan magnet hasil kontinuasi ke atas dengan ketinggian 100 m. Berdasarkan pemodelan menunjukkan terdapat empat lapisan pada daerah penelitian. Lapisan pertama diindikasikan sebagai aluvium, lapisan kedua diindikasi sebagai aliran piroklastik, lapisan ketiga diindikasikan sebagai satuan lava dan vulkanik tersier yang merupakan batuan penudung (cap rock) dengan kedalaman rata-rata 225 meter hingga 1465 meter di bawah permukaan dan lapisan terakhir diindikasikan sebagai reservoir yang didominasi oleh satuan meta batu gamping. Sumber panas di daerah Padang Belimbing diduga berasal dari aktivitas vulkanik bukit Tinjau Laut.

7. Royalties

8. Miscellaneous
JFU will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the articles editorial process is successfully completed and JFU or its sublicensee has become obligated to have the article published.
