Analisis Pengaruh Filter Terhadap Kualitas Citra Berbasis Resolusi Spasial Dan Derau Pada Pesawat Fluoroskopi C-Arm

Mode Cinefluorographic Acquisition adalah mode pencitraan pada pesawat fluoroskopi C-Arm yang menggunakan tegangan tinggi. Penggunaan tegangan yang tinggi pada mode ini memberikan peningkatan dosis pasien sehingga perlu diperhatikan besar tegangan dan filter yang digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan filter Al dan filter Al + Cu pada pesawat fluoroskopi C-Arm terhadap tegangan dan arus waktu keluaran menggunakan phantom PMMA (Polymethyl methacrylate) dengan ketebalan 14 cm dan filter dengan ketebalan 2,5 mm Al, 3 mm Al, 2,5 mm Al + 0,1 mm Cu dan 3 mm Al + 0,1 mm Cu, serta menganalisis kualitas citra berdasarkan Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) dan Modulation Transfer Function (MTF) dengan menggunakan software MATLAB 2017a. Hasil yang dari penelitian ini yaitu tegangan dan arus keluaran meningkat dengan penambahan ketebalan dan kombinasi filter. Tegangan dan arus waktu keluaran tertinggi terdapat pada filter Al 3 mm + 0,1 mm Cu adalah 62,1 kV dan 203 ± 2 mAs. Histogram citra menunjukkan tingkat kecerahan yang cukup baik pada rentang derajat keabuan 60 - 150, serta nilai SNR dan MTF meningkat pada ketebalan dan kombinasi filter. Uji komparatif MTF, SNR dan variasi filter menghasilkan nilai P-value < 0,05 yang berarti ada pengaruh penambahan filter terhadap kualitas citra.References
