Abstract
The research conducted a preliminary study testing dual head gamma camera device models static planar imaging using high energy radiation sources Iodine-131 (I131) in PTKMR BATAN, South Jakarta. In research conducted testing device to determine the accumulation of radiation sources using techniques ROI (Region of Interest) and the models used planar static. The variables used in this study is the phantom (phantom linear and phantom BAR) variation distance of 5 cm, 10 cm and 15 cm for 5 minutes and the data processed using Statistica 6.0. For distance variation of counts rate showed no higher than using a collimator collimator, whereas the rate of shredded using phantom BAR higher than phantom linear. The results of all samples for testing gamma camera device is not much different because of the accumulation of radiation sources spread evenly.
