Sintesis dan Karakterisasi Sifat Optik Nanokomposit Fe3O4@ZnO:C

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh massa karbon terhadap sifat optik nanokomposit Fe3O4@ZnO:C. Nanokomposit Fe3O4@ZnO:C disintesis menggunakan metode kopresipitasi dengan variasi sampel yaitu Fe3O4, Fe3O4@ZnO (1:2), Fe3O4@ZnO:C (0,2 g), Fe3O4@ZnO:C (0,1 g), dan Fe3O4@ZnO:C (0,05 g). Sampel kemudian dikarakterisasi menggunakan x-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared (FTIR), dan photoluminescence (PL). Ukuran kristal diperoleh dari hasil karakterisasi XRD berturut-turut yaitu 20,39 nm; 27,22 nm; 20,39 nm; 16,31 nm; dan 16,31 nm. Adapun struktur kristal yang terbentuk dari semua variasi sampel yaitu cubic (Fe3O4)dan hexsagonal wurzite(ZnO). Pada pengujian FTIR terdapat ikatan Fe-O dan Zn-O yang menunjukkan terbentuknya Fe3O4 danZnO. Ikatan C-O, C-H, dan O-H menandakan terdapatnya lapisan karbon yang bersumber dari glukosa. Hasil karakterisasi PL menunjukkan bahwa penambahan karbon akan meningkatkan intensitas fotoluminisensi dari nanokomposit Fe3O4@ZnO:C, dimana puncak emisi yang dihasilkan berada pada panjang gelombang 383,33 nm dan 664,21 nm.References

7. Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by JFU or its sublicensee.
8. Miscellaneous
JFU will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the articles editorial process is successfully completed and JFU or its sublicensee has become obligated to have the article published.
